Prepare call sheet for neighbors on the street

Email new listing to those on the prospect hot list

Seller input form place with Coldwell Banker

Announce new property in office meeting

Week 2

Lead follow-up on all showings and inquiries

100 “Just listed” cards mailed to surrounding neighborhood

Check Hotline for description accuracy of home

Check MLS and FMLS stats for comparative property sales and new listings.

Prepare Home Book for display in home

Place ad in Home Solutions Magazine

Announce new property at office meeting

Distribution of property flyers to all area brokerage firms

Distribution of Internet flyer to agents and prospective buyers

Check GAMLS and FMLS stats for comparative

 properties for sales and new listings

Distribute property flyer to all area brokerage firms
